Fitness Nutrition

 

Allow me to begin by explaining what a nutrition coach is and isn't. The primary job of a fitness nutrition coach is to help the client build healthy eating habits that will help achieve fitness goals. However, a nutritional coach is not qualified to specifically design an eating plan for the client, as this would require a bachelors in dieretics and certification as a dietition. Any diet plan I mention are those which I have found great success with and want to present as an option. If you undertake any specific diet plan, be sure that you see a doctor to make sure you are not causing yourself harm.

It can be a real challenge to find recipes that perfectly fit into the Warrior Diet, even if you are searching Paleo Diet websites and books. After all, one key difference is that Paleo focuses on high protein/low carb. The Warrior Diet emphasizes carbs to finish every dinner.
