The Work Outs

Fitness systems vary greatly. Some are more useful than others, and a lot of that depends on your goals. By following along throughout the 4-level system, you will be able to make use of many systems at the propper timing in your conditioning.

 

Not every kind of exercise is the same. Often, the thing that sets appart certain forms of exercise is the way it challenges you. For instance, we mostly avoid machines because they don't challenge the stabilizer muscles. We'll start with single-joint exercises to strengthen specific muscles groups, then later challenge them to all work in unison.

 

I've created this area as a quick-reference for you to either find the exercises you're seeking, or to brows through and get an idea of what's available. If you choose to skip over the 4-level training system, you are doing so at your own peril and/or loss. This is the system designed for top-level athletes by fitness pros and scientists. At any rate, take the propper precautions, and never procede with an exercise if you are unable to perform it correctly.
